Phil is a second-generation landscape professional. His father instilled many of the virtues that guide him in life and in business: Honesty, Family, and Responsibility. He grew up in Newton and resides there today. He married his high school sweetheart Debbie Albano and has three children, Phil, Jenna, and Nick. He is also a foster parent to daughter Anna. Phil takes great pride in transforming your visions into reality. He also enjoys taking the snowmobile up to Maine when he can.

Paul has been with us since 1994. He is responsible for the bulk of Tree care operations and is your primary contact for Tree care. He started in 1994 as an arborist and took over Tree care operations in 2000. He has extensive hands on knowledge in safety, electrical hazard awareness, insect and disease problems, tree biology, soil composition, and rigging. He is an avid fisherman, well, was an avid fisherman; he and his wife Luna have 2 young children.

Paul Baima

Kevin started with us in 1987 as a lawn technician. He has progressed through school (Associates degree and countless trade seminars) and hands on training. He ran the Tree care division for five years prior to Paul. He started and maintains our Pest Control division, and his primary focus over the last three years is Landscape Construction.

Kevin is also a member of the Massachusetts Army National Guard since 1988 and has served a year (2005-2006) on active duty in Iraq. Kevin and his wife Deanna share a passion for Baseball and plan to visit a new MLB park each year.
